Richmond sends our condolences and we are so sorry for your loss. Mark was a special guy, we never met anyone that smiled as much as he did. We always looked forward to a visit at a show, on the road, at a plant or in a class. He was a big splash of color in a monochrome profession.

Mark was a very rare, multi-dimensional older brother that I was extremely fortunate to have known for 65 years.
He was a funny, well-balanced, very caring, sensitive, strong, outgoing, considerate, helpful and kind role-model.
Growing up with him in the house was not always perfect, but it was always loving.
His passing has left an un-fillable void in his family's life: Phyllis, Paula, Liz, Lane, Teran, Rebecca, Amanda, Riley, Tate, Aiden, Evelyn are all reeling from Mark's absence.

Bye bye Marky, I really, really will miss you.

I'm so very saddened to read this news of Mark's passing. Phyllis, sending my love to you and your family. Mark was a staple in the water/wastewater community. I can't imagine an event (especially golf) without his face in the crowd. He was always so kind, funny and easy to be around and he will truly be missed.

I was very sad to hear of Mark's passing. I worked with Mark many, many years ago when he worked for the Town of Middlebury. He was always upbeat and had a smile on his face, and I was always happy to see him when he stopped in our office.

I'm so very sorry for the family.
