My sympathy goes out to the family and close friends of Bob Kay. I had the pleasure of being a part of Team Vermont with Bob, in the First National Games for Special Olympics back in 2006. He was a great asset to the team. He was always smiling and had such a positive attitude that lifted the spirits of the entire team. I also saw him at local Special Olympics games with that same heartwarming smile, always cheering on his friends. He was such a great friend to many, and an inspiration to all. He will forever be in hearts, and missed by all. Bob, rest in Peace and stay smiling.
