Thelma MacDonald Obituary
MacDonald, 79, died peace-
fully at her home in
Vergennes on Aug. 3, 2010.
She owned and operated a
residential care facility for
over 30 years in Westfield, ME.
She is predeceased by her
husband, Ronald MacDonald
and a son, John Larry Potts.
She is survived by one
brother and sister-in-law,
Oscar and Helen Walker of El
Paso, TX; her children, Ron
Potts of Middlebury, Sandra
Backstrom of Kansas City,
Mo., Vanessa Langenback of
Levittown, Pa., Teresa Eddings
of San Antonio, TX, Karen
MacDonald of Vergennes;
she has 16 grandchildren
and 22 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be
held 2:30 p.m. on Saturday
Aug. 7 at Kent Cemetery in
Panton. Friends may call at
Brown-McClay Funeral Home
in Vergennes on Saturday
Aug. 7 from 1 to 2 p.m. In lieu
of flowers, contributions may
be made to Southern Acres
Residential Care Facility, Attn.
Activities Programs, 203
Tweedie road, Westfield, ME.
