Sabrina Sue Wallin

1955 - 2025

Sabrina "Sue" Henderson Wallin passed away peacefully on March 3, 2025, just a few days shy of her 70th birthday. She lived a life full of adventure, love, and a little bit of mischief. Born on February 10, 1955, Sabrina left an indelible mark on everyone who knew her.

A competitive swimmer in high school, Sabrina was always ahead of the curve - both in the water and in life. After high school, she married Mike Scoggins of San Angelo, TX, and shortly thereafter, she became a mom to her pride and joy, Tammy Mobley. While her career path may have been varied, one thing was constant: her passion for people. From owning and operating a franchise of Rainbow Carpet Cleaning to becoming a travel agent in Little Rock, AR, Sabrina was always on the go, helping others create lasting memories through carefully crafted travel plans. And let's be honest - she probably had a few adventures of her own while planning yours.

Despite her many pursuits, Sabrina always made her family a priority. She returned to Burnet to care for her parents, L.J. and Johnnie Henderson, in the early 2000s, and later followed in her father's footsteps, learning the art of blasting. Sabrina was one to take on new challenges without hesitation - never afraid to get her hands dirty (literally and figuratively). Life was a series of opportunities, and Sabrina jumped in headfirst every single time.

But perhaps what Sabrina will be most remembered for is the dynamic duo she formed with her sister, Joy Barnett. The two were nearly inseparable, partners in crime who could turn any moment into an adventure. From crafting to traveling, their mischief was legendary in Burnet - if you saw one, you knew the other wasn't far behind. They had a knack for getting into good-natured trouble and spreading joy wherever they went.

As a mother and grandmother, Sabrina's heart was bigger than Texas. Her grandchildren, Leslie Elizabeth Mobley and Michael Ryan Mobley, were her pride and joy. Her love for them was immeasurable, and she filled their lives with laughter, hugs, and endless stories.

Sabrina was preceded in death by her parents, L.J. and Johnnie Henderson, her husband Randy Wallin, and her life companion JR Rogers. She also mourned the loss of her grandson, Ryan Henson Mobley. But even in death, she leaves behind an unshakeable legacy of love. Her daughter, Tammy Mobley, son-in-law Robert Brian Mobley, and her beloved grandchildren will carry her memory forward. Sabrina's dear sister Joy Barnett, along with her children Clarissa Holland, Ashley Barnett, and Erin Rodgers, along with Jimmy Marlow, a true confidant and dear friend, will continue to cherish the mischievous memories that Sabrina left behind.

Sabrina "Sue" Wallin was, quite simply, a force of nature. She had the rare ability to light up a room, make people laugh, and inspire everyone she met. Whether she was organizing travel plans, learning a new trade, or just spending time with her family, Sabrina poured her heart into everything she did. She will be deeply missed, but the world is a better place for having had her in it.

To know Sabrina was to love her, and to be loved by her was a gift. Rest in peace, Sabrina - the world is a little less bright without you, but your legacy will shine on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing you.

A visitation will be held on Friday March 7, 2025 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Burnet with the funeral service on Saturday March 8, 2025 at 2:00pm. Interment will be held at Bluffton Cemetery.
