Tracy Stephens Obituary

Beloved Mother, Grandma, Daughter, and friend.

Tracy Michelle Stephens, 52 of Bertram, passed away on January 22, 2026 in an accident with her partner, best friend, and fiancé; Samuel Gwin.

Tracy was born on May 8, 1973 in Georgetown, Texas, she was the daughter to Joe & Wanda Stephens. She attended and graduated a proud bulldog from Burnet High School and was working as a community liaison for AccentCare since August 2020.

Tracy was a big personality packed inside a 5 foot body, leaving an impact on each person she interacted with. Courageous, inspirational, kind, loving, funny, full of happiness, and a ball of fire would be the words that come to mind when describing her to someone.

As her children we have witnessed her boundless love and selflessness, prioritizing us, providing us a safe space, and guiding us through challenging times while also navigating them herself.

Beyond being our mother she was the best "memaw, sassy, lolly" to our children; showering them with endless love, empathy, and guidance just like she did her own children. She was also the best momma to her mini zoo, loving them as if they were humans as well.

Tracy is survived by her children, Robert & Kristen Mills, Bailee & Chad Wiesman, and Abey Cates; her Grandchildren, Amelia (1 yo.), Carter (3 yo.), McKenzee (6 yo.), and Dylan (10 yo.), Mother; Wanda, and two sisters; Kathy and Megan.

She is preceded in death by her Fiancé, Samuel Gwin; her father, Joe Stephens as well as many other family members and loved ones.

Tracy will be cremated and services will be held at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Burnet, TX on Friday, January 30, 2026 @ 2 pm.
