CALEB AARON MOORE
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Caleb Aaron Moore, who left this world far too soon on June 10, 2025, at the age of 14.
Born on April 22, 2011, to Tarrell (Katy) Moore and Morgan Moore; Caleb brought light, laughter, and love into the lives of everyone who knew him.
Caleb was a vibrant young man whose energy was contagious and whose smile could brighten even the darkest day. He had the biggest heartkind, loyal, and full of love for those around him. A proud big brother, he cherished his role and was always there to cheer, support, and guide his younger siblings with strength beyond his years.
A passionate athlete, Caleb found joy on the wrestling mat, the football field, and the basketball court. He loved the spirit of the game, the camaraderie with his teammates, and the thrill of competition. He was a proud big brother to Dutch and followed Colorado University Football and the Buffalo Bills with unwavering devotion. His sportsmanship, determination, and team spirit were an inspiration to all who played beside him.
Caleb adored his parents and grandparents, whose love and guidance shaped the strong, compassionate young man he was becoming. His love for his siblings ran deep, and he embraced his family with every ounce of his generous heart.
Though his time with us was short, Caleb left an indelible mark. His warmth, laughter, and unforgettable smile will be missed deeply by all who knew and loved him.
Caleb is survived by his loving family which includes his parents, Ty and Katy Moore and Morgan (Bryan Broyles) Moore; siblings Joshua, Marcus, Michael, Ella Mae and Dutch Moore, Winnie, Viola, and Beau Johnson; grandparents Aaron (Wendi) Jurgens, Jill (Joe) Costello, Teresa Boness, Terry (Bridgett) Moore, Troy (Kristy) Randall; great grandparents Stan (Helen) Hirter, Gary (Joan) Moore, Caroline (Larry) Cole; aunts and uncles Jett (Regina) Jurgens, Levi Jurgens, Teaguen Jurgens, Robby (Alicia) Castetter, Kati (Cass) Adams, Taylor Moore; cousins Luke, Finn, Rueben, Leeland Daisy Rae Jurgens, Olivia and Matilada Moore, Caden, Colton, J.C. Emma Kate, Jordan Adams, Derrick, Mazi, Dakota, Castetter as well as countless friends, teammates, coaches, and a community forever changed by his life.
He is preceded in passing by Aunt Blythe Boness and stepfather Nathan Morales. May we carry forward his legacy of kindness, strength, and love for life.
Friends may gather with the family from 5-7 pm on Sunday, June 15, at the First Baptist Church in El Dorado where his funeral service will be held at 10 am on Monday, June 16. Caleb will be laid to rest at Sunset Lawns in El Dorado.
