David Hemphill Obituary

David C. Hemphill
David Clyde Hemphill, 68, of Sarver died Tuesday at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.
Born May 2, 1938, in Fawn Township, he was the son of Robert C. and Augusta Graham Hemphill.
He was a laborer at the Butler County Mushroom Farm.
Mr. Hemphill enjoyed hunting and watching NASCAR races.
Surviving are his wife, Edna Kelley Hemphill, whom he married Feb. 5, 1965; two daughters, Kay (Kenneth) Harvey and Diane (Patrick) Betts, both of Sarver; a son, David (Christine) Hemphill of Sarver; two brothers, Robert Hemphill of Sarver and Tim Hemphill of Saxonburg; and three sisters, Ruth Black of Saxonburg and Cheryl Kelly and Lori Drane, both of Sarver. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Shauna, Rebecca, John, Amanda, Krystal and Kaitlyn.
HEMPHILL - Friends of David Clyde Hemphill, who died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Westminster Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
