Debbie Green Obituary
She was born Dec.15, 1955, in Elmira, N.Y., the daughter of Robert Comfort of Mesa, Ariz., and the late Joann (Benish) Comfort.
Debbie was a graduate of Butler High School and had retired from AGR International. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She loved baking cookies and caring for her family, especially her twin granddaughters.
Surviving are her husband, Larry Green of Slippery Rock; her daughter, April (Ty) Pryor of New Castle; twin granddaughters, Ava and Mya; and two brothers, Robert (Mitzi) Comfort and Scott (Ruth) Comfort, both of Arizona.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
GREEN-Friends of Debbie E. Green, who died Saturday, Oct. 22, 2022, will be received from 2 p.m. until the time of the service at 4 p.m. Tuesday at YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, with the Rev. Kimberly van Driel officiating.
The burial will be private.

Sadly, The world lost one of the nicest person I have ever known. Debbie was so sweet and caring. I never saw her where she didn´t have a smile on her face. The neighborhood will never be the same. Larry and family, you have our deepest sympathies. You are in our trouts and prayers.

I am shocked to hear of Debbie passing. I remember the younger days playing on the grandparents farm, especially the time we were in the yard playing and Gramps was snoozing. All of a sudden he jumped when a glider landed nearby in his field. We laughed at the crazy antics that followed. Any consolation is that Debbie is at a grand reunion in heaven with Mom Joanie, grandparents Joe n Marg, uncle/aunt Dick n Dory and many others especially Jesus. Glory will be great!
