Dianna Trimbur Obituary
Dianna was born Oct. 1, 1943, in Butler, a daughter of the late Ralph E. Niggel and Mary E. (Toner) Niggel.
She was a homemaker and also had worked in child care for 20 years. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, St. John Roman Catholic Church in Coylesville. She had also been a member of St. John's Marian Guild, taught CCD at St. John and was a volunteer for the East Butler Sparks. She enjoyed watching sports, mainly the Pittsburgh Steelers and NASCAR, and also watching "Friends."
Surviving are her children, Richard L. (Darlene) Trimbur and Juliann (Douglas) Rebmann, all of Butler; four grandchildren, Cory Trimbur, Tyler (Megan) Trimbur, Rachel (Chris) Pettit and Ryan Rebmann, all of Butler; and one sister, Virginia Lang of Florida.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard F. "Buck" Trimbur Jr., whom she married Aug. 18, 1962, and who passed away Nov. 23, 2017; her son, Jeffrey Trimbur; also two sisters, Janie McKain and Charlotte Niggel.
Her family would like to thank the staff of Concordia at the Orchard and Candace from Good Samaritan Hospice, for the exceptional care.
TRIMBUR - A Mass of Christian burial for Dianna Jean Trimbur, who died Tuesday, April 1, 2025, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, at St. John Roman Catholic Church, 668 Clearfield Road, Fenelton (Coylesville). The Rev. Matt McClain, pastor, will officiate. Interment will be in St. John's Parish Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to Concordia at the Orchard, 104 Concordia Way, Butler, PA 16001.
Arrangements are by GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.
