Frank R. Beachem

1944 - 2025

Frank R. Beachem, 81, of Clay Township, passed away Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
Frank was born Oct. 8, 1944, at home in Clay Township as the son of the late Dwight L. and Nora M. (Crouch) Beachem.
Frank was employed by McCandless Ford in Mercer and later as a self-employed auto mechanic for many years. He was a Christian and was associated with the Muddycreek EP Church. He liked to hunt in his earlier years and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson. He was a member of the West Sunbury American Legion Post 243 and the Grove City Masonic Lodge 603. Most of all, he loved to spend time with his family and his friends.
Frank is survived by his daughter, Dana Lynn Kildoo, and her husband, Kent, of Grove City; five sisters, Shirley (Russ) Shay, of Butler, Deborah Lewis, of Butler, twins, Diane Carothers, of Butler, and Darlene Covert, of Slippery Rock, and Joyce Beachem, of New Castle; three brothers, Ronald "Derb" (Brenda) Beachem, of West Sunbury, David (Luanne) Beachem, of Butler, and Daniel (Kim) Beachem, of Butler; sister-in-law, Nora Beachem, of Branchton; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Mershimer Beachem; his son, Douglas; and two brothers, Jim and Bob.
Frank's family would like to extend a special thanks to MediHome Hospice for their dedicated care, and also send a thank you to his loving family and friends who came to help Frank and spend cherished time with him during his illness.
BEACHEM - A celebration of life for Frank R. Beachem, who died Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025, will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at Muddy Creek EP Church, 341 Muddy Creek Drive, Butler.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Muddy Creek Church or West Sunbury American Legion Post 243 Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 198, West Sunbury, PA 16061, in his memory.
The Young family of WILLIAM F. YOUNG FUNERAL HOME in West Sunbury have assisted the family in honoring Frank's final wishes.
