Jeffrey Schaeffer Obituary

Jeffrey L. Schaeffer, 54, of Steubenville, Ohio, formerly of Mars, passed away Friday, Aug. 8, 2025, at Trinity West Hospital in Steubenville.
Born in Pittsburgh on Sept. 13, 1970, he was the son of Marian Fleming Schaeffer and the late William D. Schaeffer.
Jeff was a 1988 graduate of Mars High School.
He had served in the U.S. Navy during Operation Desert Storm.
He had been an electrician for J.S.W. Steel in Steubenville.
Surviving are his mother, Marian Schaeffer, of Steubenville; his children, Alex Schaeffer (Meagan), Kaydee Schaeffer and Nicole Cabanellas (Jonathan), all in Illinois; and his brothers, William Schaeffer, of Evans, Wash., and Alan Schaeffer (Tanya), of Boyers.
Burial will be in Mars Cemetery, Adams Township.
