Joyce Presco

Joyce Irene Smail Presco, 73, of Butler, passed away Thursday at UPMC Passavant - McCandless Township.
She was born Sept. 29, 1943, in Renfrew. Joyce was a daughter of the late Russell C. Smail and the late Alice Nicholas Smail.
Joyce was a graduate of Knoch High School. She was an Elvis memorabilia collector and enjoyed jewelry, collecting dolls and above all, spending time with her family.
Mrs. Presco is survived by her husband John R. Presco, whom she married Oct. 10, 1964; one son, Jeffrey Presco, of Butler; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, George and Judy Presco; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Velma Komer.
According to her wishes, there will be no public visitation.
PRESCO - Private services for Joyce Presco, who died Thursday, Aug. 17, 2017, were held with Pastor Kimberly van Driel of First English Lutheran Church officiating.
Arrangements were handled by Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.
