June Custer Wiles
June Wiles, 80, of East Brady passed away Friday at the Golden Living Center in Shippenville.
She was born March 12, 1931, in Monarch, Madison Township, Clarion County, to Earl L. and Mary H. (Furl) Custer.
She was a Methodist.
She enjoyed quilting, crafts and sewing.
She is survived by her husband, Walter A. Wiles, who she married Feb. 12, 1951; three daughters, Sandra L. Lapcevich of Phillipston, Barbara A. Stewart and her husband, Daniel, of Rimersburg, and Patricia D. McClaine and her husband, Patrick, of East Brady; two sons, Walter E. "Chick" Wiles and his wife, Patricia, of Chicora and Robert A. Wiles and his wife, Kay, of East Brady; one sister, Betty Louise Custer of Heath, Texas; 13 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Paul Custer; and one great-grandchild.
WILES - Friends of June Wiles, who died Friday, April 15, 2011, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Charles B. Buechele Funeral Home, 105 Fourth St., East Brady. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Richard Russell, pastor of the East Brady United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Bradys Bend Cemetery, Bradys Bend Township, Armstrong County.
Memorial donations may be made to the East Brady Ambulance Service, 426 Kellys Way, East Brady, PA 16028.
