To the Reilly Family,

It was a true honor to know your Father, Leonard.

I was always pleased to welcome him to our County Commissioners' Board Meetings. I really got to know him, and learn so much from him about the Military order of the Purple Heart, at numerous Veterans ceremonies throughout Allegheny County.

May this outstanding patriot rest in peace. Please accept my deepest condolences.
