Mark Vogan Obituary
He was born in Pittsburgh on April 18, 1958, to Edwin Clair Vogan and Grace Morrow Vogan. Mark graduated from Slippery Rock High School in 1976 and earned his associate degree from the New Castle School of Trades.
Mark enjoyed fishing and hunting, riding motorcycles and was a Harley motorcycle enthusiast. He loved watching all Pittsburgh sports and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include his son, Elijah "Eli" (Peyton Williams) Vogan of Harrisville; mother, Grace M. Steele of Grove City; brother, Matthew (Josie) Vogan of New Waterford, Ohio; two sisters, Kris (Bob) Walk of Queen Creek, Ariz. and Kelly (John) Barker of Florida; and former spouse, Debra Anderson of Harrisville.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edwin Vogan; and stepfather, Ronald Steele.
VOGAN - Family of Mark Stephen Vogan, who died Thursday, Jan. 23, 2025, will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28, at SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 421 New Castle St., Slippery Rock.

I can recall having a lot of good times back in the late 70,s and earl 80,s with Mark. He was a good man.Sure liked that old Bronco.rest in peace Brother Mark. Rivers know this:there is no hurry.We shall get there someday.

I got to know Mark on my first trip out to Colorado in 1983.
We rode out in my brother's pickup truck. Joined by Dave McPherson and Tucker's dog Pup. We had fun and I'll never forget it. Mark was a nice guy that always had a smile.
Rest in peace friend.
