Mary Louise Player-Brown was the daughter of the late James "Bubba" Player and Estella Player
McMullen. She was born in Birmingham, Alabama. She was raised by her aunt and uncle Inez Edward
Richard and John Irvine Richard. She was a graduate of Bryan Station High School and went to LCC. She
was employed by G.E and worked in the private nursing care business as a CNA. She is proceeded in
death by four sisters Ester Player-West, Deborah Edwards, Francis Cornelius and Patricia McMullen. Two,brothers James Player and Joseph McMullen. She is survived by one daughter Dashanda I. Player; four grandchildren, Lamar Boone, Robneisha Boone, Paul Jones and JusticeJones;16 great grandchildren; one brother, Wayne McMullen,Sr., and two sisters, Carol (David) Goines and Shirley McMullen and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and one special cousin/ sister, Lillian Suter. Service 12 pm Tuesday October 21, 2025 at New Birth Chirch of Christ.
