Born in Butler on March 15, 1933, to Floyd Fennell and Ola Anthony Fennell, Phyllis graduated from Butler High School in 1950. She is survived by her sons, Robert Stutz Jr., of Dallas, Texas, and Steven Stutz, of Beavercreek, Ohio; her daughter, Linda Stutz, of Sonoma, Calif.; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan Stutz Robinson, of Hurst, Texas, who passed away Dec. 19, 2021.
As the last member of the Floyd Fennell family of two brothers and four sisters, Phyllis will be laid to rest in a private burial at Calvary Cemetery in Butler.

Phyllis was my "second mom". We were neighbors for years and would visit each other and just sit and talk for hours. I loved her dearly. I will miss her terribly.

Phyllis was my mother“s, Janyce Grenet Kaltenhauser, Deceased) best friend throughout their entire lives after meeting in high school. I used to play with her daughters when we were young girls and still keep in contact with her daughter, Linda. She was a wonderful person and I will miss her.
