Sonja "Sandy" Johnson, 81, of Ford City, passed away on Sept. 12, 2021, at Quality Life Services, Sugarcreek.
She was born on May 28, 1940, to Dewey and Anna (Wess) Klingensmith in Ford Cliff.
Sandy was retired from Friedman's Market in Saxonburg.
She enjoyed playing bingo and watching college football, especially Penn State.
Sonja is survived by her son, Brian Johnson of Kittanning; her grandson, Tyler K. Johnson; and two granddaughters, Christina McKracken and Destinie Bartholomew.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wayne M. Johnson; her son, Jeffrey Johnson; her grandson, Wayne R. Johnson; two brothers, Kenneth and Wayne Klingensmith; and seven sisters, Muriel Fennell, Garnet Cavanaugh, Melda Reitler, Phyllis Campbell, Helen Davis, Carle Campbell and Ruth Burns.
JOHNSON - All services will be private for Sonja "Sandy" Johnson, who died Sunday, Sept. 12, 2021.
