Virginia Veri Obituary

Virginia Mae Veri
Virginia Mae Veri, 78, of Buffalo Township died at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Sunnyview Circle.
Born in Sarver, Jan. 20, 1927, she was the daughter of John and Laura Plants Olschefsky.
She had been a nurses aide at many facilities, including Georgia Manor in Brackenridge for 30 years, Allegheny Valley Hospital in the 1990s and Sunny Crest in Saxonburg. She was the current activities assistant at Rosebrook in Buffalo Township.
Mrs. Veri always loved being a nurses aide and helping people, including her family
She is survived by two sons, Albert John (Regina "Peach") Veri of Butler and Arthur Veri of Buffalo Township; two daughters, Veronica (Leonard) Fish of Winfield Township and Tami (Daniel) Leda of Jefferson Township; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Veri; a son, Stanley "Butch" Veri; and a sister, Monagene Adams.
VERI - Family of Virginia Mae Veri, who died Tuesday, May 10, 2005; will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at REDMOND FUNERAL HOME, 524 High St., Freeport. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Tim Dietrick, pastor of Freeport Road Alliance Church, officiating. Graveside services will follow at Lakewood Memorial Gardens, Indiana Township, Allegheny County.
