Benjamin Terry Obituary

Benjamin "Ben" Terry, 38, of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2004 in Dallas, Texas. He was born on December 23, 1965 in Munich Bavaria, Germany to the late Dean and Margie Terry. Ben enjoyed fishing and he was avid for NASCAR fan. He was a member of the New Hearts and Lungs Association locally, also in Dallas, Texas. All his family and friends will miss Ben dearly. His parents, brother and his brother's wife, Gene and Judy Terry, precede him in death. He is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Karen Murphey Terry of Corpus Christi, Texas; three brothers, Richard (Karen) Terry of Pennsylvania, Floyd (Judy) Terry of Corpus Christi, Texas; Darryll (Betty) Terry of Arizona; three sisters, Shirley Terry (Tavares) Heller of Corpus Christi, Texas, Wendy Terry and Donna (Donald) Hooper of Mathis, Texas; paternal grandmother, Nellie Terry Davenport of Corpus Christi, Texas; father and mother-in-laws, Jerry and Ruth Murphey of Corpus Christi, Texas; brother and sister-in-laws, Wayne (Donna) Penick of League City, Texas, Fred (Sheree) Penick of Houston, Texas, Jerry A. (Sandy) Murphey of El Campo, Texas, Kim (Jim) Hull of Dallas, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 3, 2004 from 1:00pm to 9:00pm at Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, September 4, 2004 at 10:00am at Memory Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made: Alpha-1 Foundation, Attn: Development Office, 2937 SW 27th Avenue, Ste. #302, Miami, FL 33133.
