George Coots Obituary

COOTS Ingleside, TexasGeorge 'Butch' Ellis Coots, II, 45, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, June 24, 2009, after an extended battle with cancer. He was born June 28, 1963 to George Ellis and Wanda Coots in Port Lavaca, Texas. He was a Superintendent with Gulf Marine Fabricators. Butch was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his loving wife, Paula Eliska Coots of Ingleside, Texas, and their two sons, Brandon Wade Coots of Denton, Texas and Clayton Ross Coots of Ingleside, Texas. Butch is also survived by one brother, John Ray Teague of Aransas Pass, Texas and one sister, Patricia Thompson of Aransas Pass, Texas, three nieces, Terri Darst, Victoria Harris, and Kristi Duncan and four great-nieces and four great-nephews. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. Friday, June 26, 2009 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home, 2003 West Wheeler, Aransas Pass, Texas. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, June 26, 2009 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home Chapel, Aransas Pass, Texas, with Rev. Lewis Cowan officiating.
