Jo Ann Sturm

Jo Ann SturmCorpus Christi, TXJo Ann Margaret Sturm, 73 of Corpus Christi, Texas, recently died along with her fiancé Warren Thomson in an auto accident on Leander Road in Georgetown, Texas.Jo Ann was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, March 19, 1943, and lived in Corpus most of her life. She graduated from Incarnate Word Academy in 1961 and is a graduate of Texas A&M Corpus Christi. Survivors include her sisters, Mary Yeats, Rose Metz and Loretta Simon of Corpus Christi, Texas, Kathleen Ferris of Hastings, MN, and Margo Taylor of Corpus Christi, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mathew and Gertrude Sturm and two sisters, Patricia Ross and Bobbie Sturm.A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m., October 23, 2016, at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, October 24, 2016, at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church located at 3717 Saratoga Blvd., Corpus Christi, TX.
