Manuel Isauro DominguezCorpus Christi, TXManuel Isauro Dominguez, age 76, passed away May 29, 2016. Born June 17, 1939, Nuevo Laredo Tamps., Mexico, to Salvador and Estela Dominguez. Spent his childhood in Laredo, Texas, and later moved to Corpus Christi. Graduated from Miller High School, class of 1958. Worked for HEB for 10 years, and Western Southern Life Ins. five years. He retired as a self-employed contractor/carpenter and owner of Dominguez Furniture & Sales. Mr. Dominguez is survived by his wife of 38 years, Belia Tanguma Dominguez. He was preceded in death by his father, Salvador, his mother, Estela, his sister, Janie Sharp, his nephew, John J. Ochoa and his niece, Norma J Flores. His is survived by his children: Manuel Ernest Dominguez, Monica Robles (Jaime), Norma L. Orgas, and Manuel I. Dominguez Jr. (Victoria). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces. Grandchildren: Emily, Ricky, Amber, Justin, Manuel Victor, Ashlyn Rose, Manny, Rudy, Everett. Great-grandchildren, Aylean, Makayla, RJ. He is survived by his sisters, Irma Ochoa (Juan Jose), Gloria Plemons (late John C.), Norma Yolanda Flores (late Oscar), Lydia Terracciano (Joe), Connie Castillo, Maru E. Garcia (Albert), Chris Escarzaga (Rudy).Visitation on Thursday, June 2, 2016, at 4:00 p.m., followed by recitation of rosary at 7:00 p.m. to be held at Guardian Funeral Home 5922 Crosstown. Viewing Friday June 3, 2016, at 8:30 a.m.Holy Mass will be celebrated Friday June 3, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., at Saints Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church 3210 SPID Corpus Christi.
