Margaret Genell Whitt, 87, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 in Edna, TX. Margaret was born on October 13, 1931 in Bishop, TX to Emmett and Nora Myers.
She is preceded in death by her parents Emmett and Nora Myers; her husband, H.B. Whitt II; two brothers, Virgil and Otis Myers; two grandchildren, Rebekah Knowles and Jeremy Vickery.
She is survived by her three sons, H.B. (Terry) Whitt III, Steve (Michelle) Whitt and Farley (Melissa) Whitt; two daughters, Cynthia (JR) Vickery and Tommie (Bill) Brooks; one brother, Jimmy (Mary) Myers; two sisters, Billie (Leslie) Hearron and Patty (Truman) Hall; fourteen grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass, TX.
Chapel funeral ceremony will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass, TX.
Graveside service will follow at Prairie View Cemetery.
