Corpus Christi, TX
Mary F. Welch, went to be with her Lord and Savior March 3, 2017. She was 78 years old at the time of her passing. Mary is survived by her husband, Gary Welch and their son, Lance Welch.
For over 20 years she has played a vital role in the community serving as a Registered Nurse at Christus Spohn Hospital Shoreline. Mary was an avid member in the Incarnate Word Associates of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word.
A Funeral Mass will be held in her honor Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at Saint Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Flour Bluff 2233 Waldron Road, Corpus Christi, TX 78418.

Dear Gary + Lance, You have my heartfelt sympathy at having to part with dear Mary for a time. We were so glad to have her stay at our home a few years ago when she was attending an Associates' meeting. Her kindness, sincerity + zest for life remain precious memories. Mary was a gentle and generous lady with boundless love and energy. Thanks to Gary and Lance for sharing her so often with the CCVI Sisters. May the Incarnate Word, to whom she was so devoted, grant you both peace in this time of loss. I know that Mary will continue to watch over you as she always has done, but she does so now from her place in the Kingdom.
