Sandra S. F. Padron

Sandra S. F. Padron, age 82, passed away February 17, 2007 in Iola, Texas. She was born in Robstown, Texas on March 9, 1924.She was preceded in death by her son, Julian G. Padron III and a granddaughter, Cindy Padron.She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Julian G. Padron, Sr. of Iola, Texas; two sons and daughter-in-law, Doming Padron of Iola, Texas and Paul and Linda Padron also of Iola, Texas; three daughters and sons-in-law: Maria and Darrel Reed of Iola, Texas, Rose and John Vinson of Madisonville, Texas and Gloria and Amando Garcia of Wickenburg, Arizona; 14 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and numerous other relatives.Mrs. Padron was a member of the Iola Missionary Baptist Church and with her husband Julian operated the Padron Grocery Store of Iola, which is still in operation, for 47 years. Visitation was held Sunday, February 18, 2007 from 2:00-8:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.Funeral service will be held Monday, February 19, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Iola Missionary Baptist Church of Iola with Reverends Doug Jones and Jerald Brown officiating.Interment will be at Lake Grove Cemetery.Pallbearers will be Paul Padron Jr., Eric Padron, Steven Padron, Hollie Creamer, Michael Creamer, Danny Garcia and Christopher Garcia.Arrangements entrusted to:Southern Heritage Funeral HomeP.O.
