Thank you for your love and unshakeable Christian example to all of us through your life.

Clyde and Velma were our neighbors in Hobe Sound, Fl. and we have learned to love them dearly. Clyde would sit on the porch, read the paper,or just keep a watchful eye out for his neighbor. We are so saddened to hear of his homegoing, but we know that he is rejoicing with Jesus! Our prayers are with you, Velma and family, as you grieve for your loved one. We love you. Death, it sounds so final
So sad, we often say,
But death is sunrise for Clyde
A glad and glorious day.

He has now stepped into a new world
“An eternity of Love,”
There he will have no more pain
He is with the Lord up above.

What a gift, celestial beauty
That he has been called home,
Do not mourn, just trust God’s judgment
He is now in Heaven, all pain is gone.

There can be beauty in the passing
Of a Christian here from earth,
For Clyde’s spirit is now residing
Where all is peace and joy and mirth.
