Clennon Vasser Obituary
age 88, of Canton, Ohio, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014, at Mercy Medical Center, after an extended illness. He was born April 30, 1926, in Blanche, Tennessee, to the late Ervis and Birdie (Blair) Vasser. Clennon was a retired employee of the Seattle, Washington Police Department with 14 years of service.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Vivian D. Vasser of Canton, Ohio; devoted daughter, Debra A. Vasser of Canton, Ohio; loving sons Clennon E. (Kathy) Vasser of Fuquay- Varina, N.C.; Michael O. Vasser of Atlanta, Ga.; loving granddaughters, Nicque'll M. (LeMonye) Watkins of Wylie, Texas; Michael'a V. Vasser of College Park, Ga.; and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel. Burial will follow in West Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10-11 a.m. on Monday in the funeral home. Those wishing, may sign the on-line guestbook at www.reedfuneralhome.com.
