Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel with Rev. David Harmon officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday from 10 a.m. to the time of services. Those wishing to share their condolences or a fond memory may sign the Reed On-Line Guestbook at

Elaine, Ed and Bobby,
I was so sorry to hear about your mothers passing. Connie was such a good neighbor, not to mention great company for my mom. She will really miss her. It was always comforting to know they had each other. I don't think anyone has neighbors as long as they have been. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you.

Valasky Family,
my thoughts and prayers are with all at this tender time. Connie made me slippers and christmas ornaments every year. My feet were never cold in the winter. I will miss her but I know she is not suffering and is in peace.

Dear Valasky Family,
My deepest sympathy in the loss of your mom, Connie. I know there are no words to ease the pain you feel in your hearts but she will live on in your hearts and memories. There isn't a day that passes that my mom and dad don't pop into my head. Something you see or hear will remind you of them...they now go to a better place than the one they leave behind and someday we will all be reunited.
Eternal be her memory.
