David Boron Obituary

David C. Boron
age 57, of Wadsworth, passed away on Friday, Oct. 3, 2014 in Akron City Hospital. He was born in Canton on June 5, 1957 and was a 1975 graduate of Canton South High School. He was currently employed as a sales rep with Superior Spring for the last 35 years. David played college football at Ashland and Akron and coached baseball at Newcomerstown and Jackson High Schools, as well as numerous other schools in the area. He was a member of the Ohio High School Baseball Coaches Association and the Ohio High School Athletic Association. His family was very important to him and he loved spending time with his son.
David was preceded in death by his mother, Norma Jean Boron and his sister, Kelly Boron; uncle, Thomas Daley. Survivors include his son, David C. (Erin) Boron II; grandson, Kobé; his father, Arthur Boron; sister, Tracey (Hillary) Brooks; brother, Patrick Boron; his Love, Sally; aunts, Janet Hubrich, Cleo Hannahs and Lee Daley; uncle Jim (Peg) Boron and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel. Visitation will be prior to the service from 4-7 p.m. in the funeral home. Those wishing, may sign the on-line guestbook at www.reedfuneralhome.com.

I am so sorry for your loss, I knew Dave very well in high school. He was well respected and was also a class clown at times. In a history class we had together in our freshman year, our instructor would make you stand the entire class if you were caught talking.
