Deb was like a big sister to me and was my sister, Marcia's best friend. We had many adventures when they came down to visit me in DC when I attended Howard University. Deb was a force of nature when she set her mind to getting something done.
I'm sure she left this world in a better place than when she arrived. She will be missed.

Sorry to hear this. I babysat for Deb and Callie when I was a student at Vassar in the 60s.

Deb was a dynamo, a force of nature. What a robust, life-loving woman.

Deb was one of a kind, very much loved, and will be sorely missed. She was our Momma-Deb and as #11, she is forever embedded in our line name i11matic. I will miss her tough exterior, kind heart, and beautiful smile. My condolences to her sons and her family. Blessings of peace to you all.

To the Family of Deb Shamlin, I worked with Deb at Coleman Behavioral Health. We had many conversations and times of laughter. She will be missed. May God keep you all during this difficult time and the days ahead.
