Delbert Sheets Obituary
Age 87, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 1, 2015, after an extended illness. Delbert was born in Dennison, Ohio to the late, Delbert Sheets, Sr. and Ossiebelle Jane Sheets. He was a US Navy Veteran and served in World War II. Delbert was an avid McKinley Bulldogs, Ohio State Buckeyes, and Cleveland Browns fan. He was dearly loved by his family and friends, and will be truly missed.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Steven Sheets; sisters, Ruth Forchione and Donna Mammone, and brothers, Douglas and Chuck Sheets. He is survived by his wife, Shirley J. Sheets; children, Clyde (Lori) Sheets, Bruce (Anna) Sheets, Andrew (Michelle) Sheets, Jane Bruder, Karen (Jeff) Conway, Richard Prewett, Dave (Kim) Prewett, Vicki (Gary) McGraw; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and brothers, Theodore (Pat) and Jerry Sheets.
At the request of Delbert, there will be no public services. He will be cremated and laid to rest at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, in Rittman, OH. Arrangements under the direction of the Mark R. Vrabel Funeral Home, North Canton, OH (330-452-4041).

I was so sorrry to read of Delbert's passing. He and my Dad (Jim Robertson)
worked together driving cars for the local dealers. I know they enjoyed each other's friendship. God bless your family.
