HOWARD SEARCY Obituary
An Aviator, age 81, passed peacefully in his sleep on July 29, 2021 of natural causes.
He has been laid to rest at Newman Creek Cemetery in North Lawrence, Ohio.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Janice; brother, Harold (Dorothy); sons, Thomas and Ralph; grandchildren: Bryan, Rebecca (Chris), Nathaniel; and great-grandchildren: Suede, Baylen and Lawson.

Gave me my first 10 hours of helicopter instruction at Canton/Akron airport. A very pleasant guy and great pilot. He used to fly over my house in Lisbon at about 100 feet whenever he was running power lines this direction. We always waved, and he even stopped one time just to say hello.

Howard was one of the nicest person that I had the pleasure of knowing. We spent many hours flying AEP transmission lines. RIP Howard and my thoughts and prayers are with his family.
