JEROME BENJAMIN Obituary
On May 11, 2019, Jerome William Benjamin, "Jerry" passed away from complications of cancer.
He is survived by his mother, Edith Benjamin of North Canton, his wife, Cindy Benjamin of Milwaukee, WI, his brother, Dr. Sheldon Benjamin (Miriam Rosenblum) of Boston, his children Ariel Benjamin of Denver and Nadav Benjamin (Lindsey Benjamin) of Portland, OR.
His funeral will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2019, at 1pm at Shaaray Torah Synagogue in Canton.

Jerome and I go back to grade school at Jessee Mason in Canton, OH.
Having our 50th reunion from HS this past weekend , made me think of Jerry and how nice it would have been to see him and talk to him.

Jerry and I had recently reconnected via email, and he was as warm, gracious and accepting as always. A magnificent spirit who truly did make me feel like a better person for having reached out to him. I was hoping to see him at the class reunion this fall. I will always remember him.

Stewart and I are shocked and saddened to learn today of Jerry's recent passing. We regret not to have been in touch these past years. We remember fondly how he enabled our friends to attend our wedding almost 44 years ago, by getting cars from CWRU to drive to Birmingham, Alabama! We remember his talents at organizing, his calm demeanor, and his great sense of humor! Our thoughts are with Cindy and Sheldon at this time.

Jerrys indomitable spirit, optimism and ebullient personality helped build AB Data and for over 30 years he helped make it the company and the community that it is today. Even after his retirement, he continued to leave his mark on all he touched.
Jerry courageously fought for his life.
No one enjoyed life more and found joy in every step of his life.
He left every person he met with a feeling that they had just encountered a very special person and that he, in turn, considered them special and had enriched his life.
May Jerrys memory continue to be a source of blessings and inspiration to all who knew and loved him.
Our hearts go out to Jerrys, wife Cindy and his two sons Ariel and Nadav.

Jerry and I were classmates at Mason Elementary School and Lehman High School. I still remember how nice he always was to me. I will never forget his great sense of humor and his smile. Please accept my sincere condolences.
