JIMMIE ADKINS Obituary
Age 80, a longtime resident of Minerva, died Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2020 in Rose Lane Care Center in Massillon with his daughters nearby. He was born Oct. 22, 1940 in Sias, WV to Emmer "Bunt" and Ruby Adkins. He retired from Ameritech in Alliance in 1999. He graduated from East Liverpool High School in 1958. He was an avid golfer and member of the Edgewater Golf Club and a US Navy Veteran.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Pamela (Stitt) Adkins who died in 2018 and stepfather, Hubert Adkins. He is survived by 2 daughters, Wendy (Ed) Lambert of Canton, Amy Adkins of Canton; 2 sisters, Dorothy Rinestine of East Liverpool and Loretta Bise of East Liverpool.
Following cremation, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Those wishing to send condolences may sign the online register book:
