Lillian Casper Obituary
Ramsey Morris Casper
Passed away Saturday, Feb. 28, 2015, at her home with her family at her bedside. Born
Sept. 12, 1943, in Parkersburg, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Paul and Virginia Dickerson Ramsey. Lillian retired from Massillon State Hospital for the Insane in Massillon, Ohio where she worked as a LPN for many years.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, James Earl Casper; sons, Robert Morris of Coshocton, Ohio, Dr. James T. Morris and his wife, Brenda of Zanesville, Ohio, Michael Morris of Coshocton, Ohio, and Gregory Morris of Newport News, Va.; step-daughters, Victoria Sue Casper and Melinda Lee Kandell; five grandchildren; sister, Ruby Ramsey Gans and her husband, Bob of Middleton, Idaho; one niece and one nephew.
The family received friends on Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory, 11414 General Mahone Hwy., Wakefield, Va. 23888, from 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, (TODAY), at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Wesley UMC Cemetery in Chuckatuck, Va. Condolences may be posted at: www.rwbakerfh.com

I worked with Lillain at Massillion for a few years. She was very caring, funny,and a joy to work with. Lillian you will be sadly missed. RIP and Prayers to family.
