God bless you, the family of Rick. A week before this tragedy he was with us and happy as could be at Mallon's. My prayers have been with you all. There are no words to even say but I hope you are all coping as good as could be expected.

Stace, I can't find the words to let you know how deeply I hurt for you. All I can say is that I am so sorry. I know how much Rick meant to you and how happy you were with him in your life. I pray that you will someday know that happiness again and finally experience peace. I know that everyone probably has told you that there is a reason for this....but I also know that those words don't erase what you are feeling. Have faith Stacey, that you and your children will get through this and that you will come out whole in the end....different...but whole.
I miss you Stace! You know how to get a hold of me, if you need me.

Big hugs Stace and children. I wrote this poem in the 7th grade Stace and now I am re-writing and posting for you.
"Saying Good-bye"
People come and people go,
It happens every day.
Tho' 'good-bye' is just a word,
I find it hard to say.
You are not the only love,
That'll pass along the way.
And 'good-bye' is just a word,
I'll have to learn to say.
As I watch you leave me now,
I'll try hard not to cry.
For this won't be the only time,
I'll have to say 'good-bye'.
Love,
hollywood
