To the family of Scott Glidden,
Read about Scott's Home Going in the Canton paper. Many years have gone by since a connection with the family when at Portage School. May God be near all of you.

I was stunned to learn about Scott's death this morning from Neff Powell - his positive energy, devotion to the truth and compassionate heart were so helpful to me back in the early 90s in Manchester. And Jane - your friendship, too was a huge support. I will be there Saturday morning, and am holding you in my heart in prayer.

Bob, Gayle, Biff, Peter & Jane--
I'm so very sorry to hear about your loss - it was a great shock to me. Scott, along with Paul & Jim & I had many hours of play together as very young children and I have carried these memories with me fondly throughout the years. It is sad to reconnect this way.
I see that in his adult life he served others and was very much loved and admired (certainly no surprise).
May his memory be eternal!!
