He was a great swimmer and a friend to everyone at the Y. I'll miss all his famous sayings, such as "They let you out of jail!?"

I really enjoyed talking to Wilbur at the North Canton YMCA over the past 15 years, when he was able to be there. He had a lot of good words of wisdom! I missed seeing him and tried to stay in touch by phone. I think he was getting tired the past few months. Was sad to see he passed. May he rest in peace.
