Charles Prahl Obituary

Charles Geoffery Prahl, Jr. "Chuck", 60, of Cambridge, died peacefully July 10 at UMSMC at Dorchester after an extended sickness. Born to Mary and Charles Prahl January 2, 1954 in Baltimore, Chuck grew up on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay. A childhood accident left him paralyzed and in a wheelchair, but Chuck continued his life with a gusto. He was an outdoor photographer, a weather buff, and in recent years, he ran a popular Internet-based talk show. Chuck married twice and had two children. In addition to his parents, Chuck is survived by his beloved wife, Judy; two sons, Charles Geoffery III and Justin Patrick; and four sisters, Patricia Brady (husband Richard), Carol Donnelly, Monica Otto, and Ashlie Thorsteinsson (husband Jens). A mass was held at St Mary Refuge of Sinners Parish, Glasgow St. in Cambridge on Monday, July 14th with Father Bruce Byrolly officiating.
