Clark Barr Obituary

BARR, CLARK HEIMARK III, 55, of DeLand (formerly of Annapolis) died May 27 from complications of routine surgery. He was born September 7, 1955 in Annapolis. He died and was cremated in FL. Clark lived most of his life in Annapolis and Owings Mills. He received a bachelor's degree in Business from Salisbury State College and additional degrees in Economics and Accounting from Daytona Beach Community College.

Clark was predeceased by his father, Clark Barr, Jr., mother, Agnes Barr, and sister, Christiann Kelley. He is survived by his wife of two years, Sharie Barr; two daughters, Kathleen Winkler of Severna Park and Rachel Barr of Baltimore and one son, Clark Barr, IV (Mark), of Baltimore; three sisters, Carol Novella of Deland, FL (formerly of Annapolis), Candida Smith of Pensacola, FL and Colleen Pruett of Deland, FL; and one grandson, Austin Winkler.

A celebration of Clark's life will be held on Monday, August 8 from 4:30pm to 8pm in the Blue Heron Pavilion at Quiet Waters Park in Annapolis.
