Francine Louise Cairns, 83, a resident of Annapolis, MD for over 40 years, and previously of Boston, MA died on Thursday, August 3, 2023, in Port St. Lucie, FL. Known to family and friends as "Fran", she was born on June 26, 1940, in Boston, MA. Fran was a devout Catholic and member of St Mary's Church in Annapolis. She was an eucharistic minister for many years and also assisted with confirmation and RCIA program. Fran enjoyed boating and being outdoors, spending time with her family, and entertaining friends. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, William James Cairns; three daughters, Christine (Walter) McNulty of Vero Beach Florida; Cheryl (David) Dillard of Hagerstown, Maryland; Caryn (Nolan) Moxey of Sheridan, Wyoming, eight grandchildren, Caroline, Kathryn, Andrew, Michael, William, Katelyn, Dylan, and Logan, and two great grandchildren, Theo and Ryker. Fran was preceded in death by three siblings, Robert, Mary, and George.
