Helen M. Meyer

Helen M. Meyer, 88, of Glen Burnie passed away on Jan. 9, 2018. Helen was born on March 25, 1929 in Maryland. Helen married the love of her life William John Meyer, Sr. Together they raised their son William, Jr. in a loving and disciplined home. Her guiding hand and sagely wisdom, and sometimes tough love put her son on the, "Golden Path" to have a good life. Helen said, "Life's sweetest revenge is to live well". She was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Glen Burnie for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, beloved husband, and her siblings. She is survived by her son, William John Meyer, Jr.; grandchildren, Heather Calabria, Will and Rachael Meyer; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave, SW (at Crain Hwy), in Glen Burnie, on Monday, January 15th, from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, January 16th, at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel. Entombment will follow at Louden Park Cemetery.
