Margaret (Peggy) Howell, 91, of Severna Park, Md. passed peacefully to the Lord on December 22, 2017 surrounded by family who loved her very much. Once again she will be dancing, singing, socializing and shopping at Heaven's gift shop for bargains. She enjoyed weekly lunches with her lady friends, shopping, and needlepoint. Being a true Irish Catholic, Peggy enjoyed dressing in green and celebrating St. Patrick's Day by dining at a wonderful Irish Pub. Peggy lived life with joy, always had a positive outlook, witty sense of humor and a kindness that was admired. She had the gift to always make you feel special. Peggy is survived by her loving husband John of 69 years; sons John, Jr. of Houston, TX and Thomas of Severna Park, MD. Peggy is preceded in death by her cherished daughter Missy; her parents John and Helen O'Keefe, sisters Helene Cameron and Rosemary Falvey.
