Michael Collado

Michael Collado,69, of Arnold, MD passed away on August 12, 2018. Born and raised in New York City: he resided in Manhattan, NY, Bronx, NY. Moonachie, NJ and Hackensack, NJ before moving to Maryland. Michael enjoyed road trips and fishing, but most of all his family. He also enjoyed being a member of TMIY (That Man Is You) at St. Johns the Evangelist Church. At a young age Michael touched many lives mentoring many youth as a counselor. Before retiring he was a warehouse foreman and was promoted to salesman for Gobi-Primak. He also was a process server. When he moved to Maryland he was a driver for Little Sisters of the Poor. Beloved son of Jennie Perez and the late Miguel Collado. Dear brother of Victor Perez and wife Barbara. Wonderful Uncle to Victor Jr and Vincent Perez. The family will receive relatives and friends Friday 7:00 - 9:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am - Noon at Vander Plaat- Caggiano Funeral Home, 13-31 Saddle River Road, Fair Lawn, NJ (201-797-3500).
