Sedora DeLeaver Obituary
Mrs. DeLeaver was born Oct. 26, 1944 in Virginia to Essie Braxton and the late Roscoe A. Gwathmey, Sr.
She was an active member of Church at Severn Run and a weekly reader for Head Start Organization.
Her hobbies included gardening and flowers.
Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Douglas A. DeLeaver; two sons, Carlton DeLeaver of Jessup and Gregg DeLeaver of Bowie; four brothers, Roscoe A. Gwathmey, Charles H. Gwathmey, Maurice E. Gwathmey, Spencer G. Gwathmey all of Virginia; two sisters, twin sister Saundra G. Taylor and Uarda G. Barnes both of Virginia; and one granddaughter, Alexandra M. DeLeaver.
A funeral service was held Friday Oct. 31 at The Church at Severn Run, Severn. Arrangements by Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, Glen Burnie.
Interment will be held in Virginia.
Donations may be made to American Cancer Society, 1041 Rt. 3 North, Bldg A1, Gambrills, MD 21054.
