I went all thru grade school with "Alex", as he was called in school. I also went thru high school and graduated with him. He was a most popular student and friend, making everyone laugh and feeling happy to be in his presence. I went to Sulins pool many times and my daughter was on the swim team there as time and generations move on in life. I pass his house several times weekly and think of him always with fondness and sadness knowing he´s not there anymore. May he R.I.P., he is missed by many

I will never forget you, uncle Victor...little orphan Annie and a lifetime of laughter. I love you, and love is stronger than death!

Whenever Victor and I met, his instant smile started in his eyes. It was a signal that whatever the moment, there would be some fun. He called me "the old man", only because he was a bit younger. We laughed and laughed.
We saw each other infrequently, usually at family gatherings or sporting events involving our grandchildren. I loved our conversations. Some were serious and concerning and, more often, they were funny, even a bit wacky and always energetic. We both enjoyed telling about shenanigans - his, mine or others´. It never mattered. I will miss Victor, and I extend sincere condolences to everyone he loved, and who loved him.

Victor and I were in the Air Force at the same time. We worked together for Anne Arundel Co. and became fast friends. Victor, I shall miss your contagious laugh, upbeat spirit and love of life. You lived well and showed me how it should be done. Colonel, I wish you blue skies and a strong tail wind. May God Bless you always.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. A great guy, he was always so kind and nice to everyone he met. I met Victor when I worked for the County. May he rest in peace knowing he will be missed by friends and family.

Victor Sulin was my first boss when I worked as a lifeguard at Sulin´s pool. He always had a big smile. Our paths crossed several times after I became an attorney. Prayers and condolences to his family.
