Dear Clements Family,
I was saddened to learn of Gina's passing. She was a shining star who touched so many lives. I was fortunate to be her friend and colleague in both California and Maryland. We were young teachers together for several years at Gavilan View Middle School in Salinas. With husbands in the military, we both landed in Anne Arundel County and several years later worked in the same school district once again.
Though our paths did not cross often, we always stayed in touch through annual family updates. There is so much to miss about Gina. My heartfelt condolences to the family and friends whom she adored and who adored her. Heaven has a new angel.

I was so saddened to hear of Gina's passing. She was one of the most talented teachers I ever had the opportunity to work with! I learned so much from her spirt and enthusiasm for her students and life.
While we lost touch over the years, she was such an influence in my AACPS career. Joyful is what my memories are of her each and every day she walked into Jones Elementary.
My sympathies to her family,
Alison Lee

Mrs. Clements was my 3rd grade teacher and I've always remembered her fondly. I deeply regret not getting the chance to reconnect before her passing. She encouraged my creativity and my passion for writing stories, and tutored me in math after school. She's one of the reasons I myself pursued a career in education. She impacted so many lives and her passing is a huge loss.

I will miss Gina. She was an inspiration to me as a teacher, partner, mother, and daughter. I know she's smiling and laughing now because that's what she loved to do here on Earth.

Dear Clements Family,
I am so sorry to hear about Gina's passing. We taught math together at SPMS and Scott was in my 7th grade class. I fondly remember how excited Gina's students were during her "March Madness" activities. She truly loved teaching and her students, almost as much as her own boys. She was always so proud of her family when we would catch up at AACPS events. My thoughts are with your entire family during this difficult time.
