Wayne Turpin

Wayne Turpin, 77, of Glen Burnie, passed away on November 17, 2021. He was born in Newport News, VA to the late Jesse and Lucille Turpin. Wayne and his late wife, Linda, were longtime members of the Lost in the 50's Car Club. He also enjoyed, bowling, watching movies, spending time with his family and was an avid collector of comics. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 51 years, Linda; and his siblings, Bobby Turpin, Broderick Turpin, Linda Klare and Jerry Turpin. Wayne is survived by his loving children, Wayne Turpin and his wife, Cindy, Richard Turpin and his wife, Tammy, Michael Turpin and his wife, Tammy, Christina Gubbels and her husband, Joe; cherished grandchildren, Melinda, Tanner, Jacob, Zachary, Sarah, Samantha, Nik, Molly and Kelly; beloved great-grandchildren, Landon, Mason, Kinley Ann and Kane on the way; and dear siblings, Jesse Turpin, Peggy Shifflett, Bonnie Gamble and Janet Kowalewski. The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Sunday, Nov. 21st, from 2 - 6 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will immediately follow at 6 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment at Loudon Park Cemetery on Tuesday at 12 PM.
