LOUIS D. MAIELLA Louis D. Maiella of Holiday Island was born in Brooklyn, New York to Frank and Annette (Scaturro) Maiella. Louis passed away November 21, 2022, in Holiday Island at the age of 75. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and a Third Order Franciscan. On July 17, 1971, Louis was united in marriage to Linda Maiella who survives him of the home. He is also survived by his children Daniel Maiella of Ogden, Utah, Peter Maiella and wife Alicia of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, Michael Maiella of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren Mary Maiella, Rowan Scheunemann; brothers James Maiella and wife Lee of Port Jefferson, New York, Frank Maiella of Oakdale, New York; sister Lucille Maiella of Oakdale, New York; along with other family members and friends. He is preceded by his parents Frank and Annette Maiella; daughter Mary Maiella. Visitation will be 1:30 p.m. till 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Parish Center on Passion Play Road. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. with Father David Bavnach officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, AR 72762.
